Ron,
Thanks for your response. Yes, I increased the tension by hand and proceeded
to have a second person sew. It worked great. I did re-threading with all of
the options. I don't know where are the disks, if any. I believe the machine
is "electronically" controlled and don't have the foggiest idea how the
tension is applied.
