My wife has a New Home 632 sewing machine that needs to be replaced.

A Janone 423S and a Toyota ES 121 have been recommended.

Has anyone any views on the relative merits of these two machines? Is
there another one which would be superior?

The machine needs to be able to cover the basic functions which the New
Home offered.
