I bought a Snap Setter (http://www.snapsource.com/faqs/howtotools.php)
yesterday. I tried it twice, using the snaps that came with it. Both
times the spikes went up into the top piece and poked holes in it, and
now it's unusable.
Did I get a defective one, or am I doing something wrong?
