Help! I'm hoping someone in this group has experience with a Viking 1+
machine and omnimotion stitches - I'm desperately trying to finish a
quilt for my 3 yo before my newborn arrives in 10 days or so, and I'd
love to use the omnimotion stitch feature - however, my practice
stitches are defaulting to a very tight stitch length in all directions
and the machine just keeps beeping at me when I try to change it. Any
ideas? Thanks so much in advance!

I have a 1+ and LOVE it! =20
Suggestions are, use a new needle; use lighterweight bobbin thread in
the bobbin, and use stablizer under the fabric. =20
You are welcome to join us over on the Yahoo group for the 1+:

And, congratulations on your almost-here new baby!

Jen,
Check out the tips on this site:
www.sewmuch4retirement.com
She has a lot of good information and I seem to remember she has tips on
the omnimotion designs.
