I thought i remebered there was someone a subscriber in
*alt.sewing* that made custom motorcycle bags/accessories ?and
they had a web site with lots of useful info and examples of
their work ?

Is my memory correct ? does any one know of this and can give a
link ?

I found lots of sites using google but not the one i remember.
These bags were sophisticated with lots of nice features (clear
views, water proof, easy/fast access panels etc.) because that
person was also a very experienced biker.

Ringing any bells ?

Thanks for any help,
Rob

I know of someone on another list that makes custom tank bags for a living.
Does great work too. I can't find a link in my bookmarks. But I can
probably get you in touch with each other. Email me so I have a working
addy for you and I will do what I can to put you together.

Thanks Sharon,

Thats exactly the site I was remembering.

I just remembered it differently.
I thought she had a section on her web site about making stuff
and the type of materials used sort of like Penny at the
"Specialty Outdoors" site.

I want to make a custom tool bag for myself for special tools and
i was looking for ideas , materials etc.

Thanks for the help Sharon that was what i was looking for.
