What do you call the specificatinos of design?

Does anybody know what keywords should I google for if I want to search
for design specifications for t-shirts (short sleeve, long sleeve, 2-fer)?

I need to find a website that has the measurements so that I can show it
to a manufacturer to create it.

I would think the manufacturer would have the specs.......if they
manufacture Tshirts for any other clients.........maybe not.

How about measuring the Tshirt style you like??
