Hola,

What do you ladies think of these dress form I found on ebay?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150094159407&fromMakeTrack=true

http://cgi.ebay.com/Professional-dress-form-Mannequin-New-Size-8-w-Hip_W0QQitemZ150094159171QQihZ005QQcategoryZ50945QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1742.m153.l1262

I can't afford to get the more expensive ones and my adjustable form has
run its course. It's time to upgrade. These look like pretty good quality
although I don't who makes them. I ask the seller and he hasn't responded.
What do you'all think? Would you get these or maybe you know where I can
find similar ones.

many thanks

Dear Mineemee,

These look like Wolf dress forms. You need to know if they're the
right size, as these forms are not adjustable. The one ad on ebay
says that 15 are available. All the same size? And check for
shipping charges. These things are heavy and could cost quite a
bundle to ship.

The nice thing about having a dress form is that you can make it your size.
These are not adjustable. Yes you can make them taller or shorter. But
they will always be whatever size you buy.

Look at these: http://store.atlantathread.com/drmydodrfo.html

They are more adjustable, and they are less expensive than the one on ebay.
Atlanta Thread also carries a line very similar to the one on ebay. And
they carry the Uniquely You forms too. I know you wore out your adjustable
form, but think long and hard about how much use a non-adjustable one would
be before you buy.
