I'll let you know as soon as it arrives. At that price,
even if it's not super high quality, not much ventured....

The fabric arrived today. I love the brocade it's gorgeous,
although it is not "purple" (more of a deep royal blue) so
DD said I should keep it for me. :-}

The embroidered fleece is a disappointment, *much* thinner
than I had hoped for. Really more of a nightgown or PJ
weight, almost like what used to be called "brushed nylon",
not suitable for a jacket at all. Ah well, I can probably
donate it to the Senior Center for *something*.

Thanks for the report. That embroidered "fleece" looked so interesting,
but I really hate that "brushed nylon."

Me too! Even the "Nordic Fleece" sold by TSWLTH would have
been better, this is really thin. Hmmm, might make a nice
light weight spring/fall robe though, it's such an
intersting peice I hate to toss it. ;-)

Have you thought of adding a low temp fusible knit to the wrong side?
Might give it more body....enough to keep?

Just a thought,
