ok, i should remember how to do this, but i don't...
i'm adapting a pattern for a Ren bodice & i need to get rid of
the not-period bust darts (Simplicity 7756/0637). it has a dart
from bust point to waist & laces up the front.
i'm using it for my Shinrone adaption, so there won't be any
boning (not that i have anything to support anyway <g>)
thanks in advance

Ye gods, no! I'm up to here <waves hand over head> with weddings at
present. No time and no space to cut it out, never mind sew it! I have
yet to get back to the Simplicity thing and finish that! Got out of
sorts with it when I did the ruff wrong - I'll have to do that again,
dammit!

Oh, and I just acquired some of Wild Ginger's pattern making softwear,
and I've been playing with that today - and making a bag on my 1909
Jones handcrank!
