Gusset where?
Basically, if you've got a pattern that fits already, just outline
the shape of the gusset you require on the pattern, make hash marks
across the lines for matchpoints, cut it and add seam allowance
to the cut lines.
The "grammici shorts" type gussets are basically the crotch extensions
for the shorts.
