I think it was me, Judie in Penfield NY.
I've gotten FOE from a few different sources, mostly from diaper making
co-ops. But I soon discovered the many other uses for this wonderful
elastic. I've ordered from FOE Your Diaper in Canada, she has wonderful
customer service and great shipping. She's here:

There are lots of other sources, most of them are the shiny FOE as
opposed to the plush matte FOE. I like the 1 inch (or even the 2 inch)
plush better for the waistbands for the kids pjs. I've also used the 5/8
for crib sheets and replacing elastic for my DGD's twin sheets.
If you do a google search you will find other sources, there is a wide
variety and for many uses I haven't even tried yet. So much fun!
