Ok, I think you shared that before, I remember looking at it
recently. You might not want to tell your DD that "Someone
on the sewing newsgroup made that same dress in 1955(?) for
*her own* prom!" If not that one, then one *very* similar!

LOL!!! If she knows that Miss Beverly made that dress for herself, it will
be just that much cooler. ;) And too, just more proof that really classy
stuff doesn't ever go out of style. ;)

It is lovely. After looking carefully at the repair on the last
picture, I went back to the previous one and could only find it with
effort and concentration. You really made a great save.
