I guess my words "something you regret" must have sounded awful - bad choice
of words LOL.

My nieces mean a lot to me - really I do, and I have started on the sewing
projects for their dolls. I'm sentimental about momentos too.

Yes, but that's because you mean so much to that child! I am 44 y.o.
and my beloved grandmama passed away in 1997 but I still have, among
other mementos, some clothing she made for my dolls back in the 1960s
and 70s.

Just found that yesterday from my nieces that they have outgrown the Bratz
dolls now.

That solves that problem :-).

But I have another niece who wants clothes for a Baby Born doll - at least
these dolls have a more "meat" on them, and seem easier to sew for.
