If you do this within the guarantee period, you may invalidate the
guarantee. This may not be a good thing should something serious go wrong.
The timing should not go off on a new machine unless you do something
unwise, like try to sew through a safety pin head. If it has just gone
for no reason, you should take it in for a repair under guarantee.

What is it that makes you so sure the "Timing" is off?

i opened the bottom part and turned the handwheel to see where the
needle and there the hook is relativ. and also the needle scratches a
little plastic plate now, which is on one side open, so it doesn't
scratch it if it's aligned right.
im pretty sure it is misaligned

When the needle has risen 2mm from bottom dead center the point of the hook
must be central to the needle and just above the eye.
