That's often my feeling when I'm trying to explain some
complex sewing procedure. ;-}

A fairly deep ease-pleat in the CB should take care of the
stretch issue. And maybe build a little more ease into the
sleeves.

You could always do the "Couture" way, and hand stitch
lining to facings. ;->

Sometimes you can find a really good fabric deal at Walmart! Sounds
like you're going to have lots of fun using it up!
