suit alteration

hi there

im an enthusiastic beginner! id like some assistance (if possible step by
step instruction!) in carrying out alteration to the sleeves of a mens
lined suit. ive started unpicking but i have no idea where to go from
here. all the stitching is internal and i cant picture how to do shorten
the sleeves in this way.
