Brought the skirt to DD's for a fitting. the only change I had to make
was to add 4 small darts to the waist. I had to bring it home to finish.
Far to much "stuff" in the car to bring the sewing machine up over the
holiday according to DH. When he had the car loaded up and went to back
it out of the garage, the battery was dead, he thinks the trunk had been
open for a couple of 5 days. So he had to unload the car and move
everything into our dear old reliable Jeep. Since he wasn't a happy
camper I didn't bother to mention that there was probably enough room
to bring the machine.
I'll probably finish the skirt tomorrow and mail it out to her on
Monday. She was very pleased with the way it came out.
