Oh, dear. The editors must have used a boilerplate copyright notice
without realizing that it said "Do not use this book for its intended
purpose."
BookSurge is a POD self-publishing firm; it's possible that the
mistake can be corrected.
But IRRC, changing a POD book in any way requires you to buy a new
ISBN, and those are very expensive.
