Hello all,

My wife and I are looking for a certain kind of curtains. These are
impossible to find at the mall, Penneys, Sears, Country Curtains or
internet! What we are looking for is white ruffled sheers with the
drawstrings built in so when you pull them the curtains are tied
back...instead of using tiebacks. These were popular in the 1980's and
it seems like when everyone took them down they threw them out! My wife
asked me to post on here so I did. I have tried real estate sites and
have asked the realtor to give my number to the homeowner so we could
purchase the curtains from the homeowner but the realtors are not
interested! I found the perfect set that way but it did not
materialize! We have realized that these are commonly found in
retiree's homes. If anyone here knows of any way to find one big set of
these and one small set we would pay good money for them. If you know
someone down the street that has them ask and you will be rewarded!
Thank you for your help in advance!

Why not see if a bespoke curtain making company can make them for you?
That way you get exactly what you want in the correct sizes.
