Anyone know where I can buy online some cabinet knobs/pulls that would be
made to represent some aspect of quilting or sewing? Maybe look like a
small quilt or sewing machine...something like that.

Ooh, what a good idea! Some of the wooden pulls, that have a horizontal
wooden portion separating two posts that screw to the drawer, could
serve as quilt racks for some tiny little quilts. A tiny quilt could be
draped over the pull with a couple of hand stitches to hold it on.
