I'm looking to make a really nice, comfy couple pairs of flannel or
fleece pajama bottoms. Since I'm a beginner sewer, I thought I'd use
a pattern. Does anybody recommend one that they have used?

thanks!

I haven't done anything like that in so long the patterns have all
changed. However, Simplicity "It's So Easy" patterns are all generally
very simple, and there are several for pajama or lounge pants. Any of
them should be good for you.

If you're going to use flannel, pre-wash it to take care of any
shrinkage ahead of time.

Remember to take your measurements and then check the pattern sizing.
Pattern sizes are not the same as ready to wear sizes.

I just did a set for my wife out of McCalls M5010 which was simple and
offered lots of options.
There is a version for shorts, long pants, a Chemise under blouse, and
even a pair of slippers all in one pkg.
