Does anyone know where to find discounted fabric. I was looking at some
Kravets and Robert Allen fabrics and I cannot find anything under $100.
If anyone knows of a place to look, i would really appreciate the
advise.

This group tends to go in the other direction. We scour out fine fibers and
spin them into unbelievably precious yarns. We seek out unusual yarns and
knit them into tokens of pure love. We weave fabrics that are pure art, and
absolutely priceless.

When we have done all of the above, we tell stories that would make Mark
Twain and Jules Vern blush with embarrassment. But, we have no shame. When
we need quilting fabric, we go to the thrift stores. If that does not work
we google and use the yellow pages. And, sometimes we are so busy with our
projects that we will just wait months for a sale at Joannes.

Ummm..........no, we don't all do that. I feel the same about my quilting
projects as I do about my knitting projects - you get the best results with
the best materials. If I'm going to spend hours, days or weeks working on a
project, that what I want to work with.

Eimear, whose LQS is closing at the end of the month and who will have to go
further for stash shopping.
