I was in a mood for something I could knit without thinking, and Old Shale came
to mind.. SO am making some quick scarves and thinking
that maybe it might work in a moebius too.......

I think it would, and I seem to recall seeing one like that. Might have
to be garter stitch, but should work out okay.

I can handle purling a round or row, it's the flipping back and forth
between k and p on the same row that gets old for me.

than english/american----a TAD easier, mind you!)
