Interesting if one looks at FLAGS , that they are mostly are painted
[ dyed] , some are sewn from several colored cloth, Bellaruse
[ Spelling ???] has a Side that looks like it was embroidered ,, but i
never saw a knitted or crocheted flag ? .
Some flags relate to symbols that already appeared in Heraldic
traditions.
It is really an interesting Subject to read about.

Mirjam,
I have knitted and crocheted USA flags, especially right after 9-11... I've
always meant to knit a flag for Israel.

Oh NOREEN that is wonderful to read ,,,, i never heard of knitted
flags before , thank you for Doing it and for Sharing this with us.
