Happy 4th!

DH is smoking beef and pork ribs, a small turkey (for his parents) and a
small turkey breast. I will make deviled eggs, a pot of pinto beans and
yellow squash to go along with it.

Please bear in mind that we will not eat ALL of it today.....he grills or
smokes quite a bit at one time and we vacuum seal and freeze the meat in
"couple" servings. We will freeze most of the beans the same way. We have
been doing this for his parents lately, too, as they have started getting
their meals delivered from the nutrition center in their small town. It
gives them some variety and they still don't have to cook.
