That's a US size. Don't know what it translates into metric as.

You would need to measure the size 3 foot in order to find out how
long you need to make the sock. Normally you want to allow about 1
1/2" for the toe reduction. You may need to reduce the number of
overall stitches too, so that the sock is not too big around. It all
depends on your gauge and the intended foot/ankle really.

Thanks guys.
I went into Bev's site last night & ask her. And she said that I need
to lower down the lenght of the foot to either 5 or 6. And she thought
my size 3 foot was dainty. LOL. I told her I've seen smaller feet on
other people. Someone in my old dance class had feet small enough for
baby shoes. She is now 17 yrs old.
So now I have to go knit for my feet. After I finish the sock pattern
I got going now.
