I need someone to explain how to use a one circular needle to make a sock.

Sue the knitting forum subject that and a store site that has a
circular needle pattern on it. I printed out both. I almost got what
look like a book. LOL. But both site show what look like easier
instructions to understand. Thanks for the help Sue. You are a gem for
sure.
