NO!! *I* have NOT buildt up my new kitchen,
but I have been the assistant, painter and errand girl!

It is a very small room, and I was afraid I had
to stand outside the house taking pics through the window!

The coloures are not right, it is a warmer white/cream.
The tiles are pastel colored natural stone, and the floor grey/green.
IF you had seen the old one, you really had understood what has
happened!
LOL!

The very narrow part...

My cooking place, which function well:

The "boader part"

This is from my grandmother's and later on, my mother's home! Memories!
(I guess my aunt, living in NY, brought it home in 1939.)

In addition I have had some family matters to look to this autumn,
so I have NOT been so active on the NG as I like to be.
But I hope the times will be better now ;-)

Aud,
It looks like a very functional room.... everything is within easy reach -
and it looks all new! What more could you want? Do you have any pictures of
what the "old" kitchen looked like? Renovations can be very stressful, and
now it's all done. You must be very pleased with it.

Thanks for all the times you send us pictures of what life is like where you
live!

For some reason when I click the links I get a big, bad FORBIDDEN page.
I'm sure it all looks great, and you're glad to be done it.
