I have finished a knitted poncho in multidirectional knitting, used an
Iris Scheier- pattern as base, but changed the shape a bit, and changed
the stitch pattern.

These pictures are sent to the other group and to Multi Directional
Knitting group(Ther are people here who read that group)

I brouoght this Poncho to Barcelona... can't you see me sitting on the
top of an open sight seeing bus, (waving to Gaudi, Picasso and you
know...!).. in the morning! It is very easy to put in an hand bag, and I
used only 150g yarn, so it's leight weighted too! All in all I was very
happy with it.

I like it!! I can see why you were happy with it. It looks like just
the thing to take along traveling or to have along when you go
somewhere closer to home on a summer evening. I can see why you find
this kind of knitting interesting. I haven't ventured into the
multidirectional knitting yet.

Lovely, the colours blend with the sky and mountains.

Your new poncho is so pretty. What yarn did you use? Did you use a pattern
from her book as a base? I assume it was done all in one piece. Any
seaming?
