I watched the Queens 80th Birthday thingy on the tv last night, about her
life the ups and the downs, and of course Diana was brought up as part of
it, and something I saw at Diana's funeral but it didn't click, is the
gesture that the Queen bowed her head when Diana's coffin passed her, non of
the other Royals did. I think the Queen knew Diana was being used, but was
powerless to do or say anything about it. I think the Queen has to keep
her head low and do as she is told, the same as the rest of them. Fergie
was absolutely devastated by Diana's untimely death, being as they were such
close friends as well as sister in laws. We never see or hear from her now,
but I like her too......a bit of a Robin Hood character, robbing from the
rich to give to the poor...LOL.

and Bonnie Prince Charlie, well I've not got a lot of time for anyone with
no backbone, and he was old enough to stand up for himself, he has been in
the news lately of course with his personal diaries of things he has written
about other countries, so he shows he thinks quite differently to how he
acts.

Mind you I wouldn't want their job, flying off on Royal duties all over the
place all the time, no time to call your own etc. Not like they can just
sit and watch tv one evening and relax knitting or sewing so it can't be
good. They remind me of animals in a zoo, being beckoned and called over to
the cage by onlookers this became a realisation with me during the walk
around Harry and William did after their mothers death, when the crowd
behind barriers called to them with outstretched hands, and it put me in
mind of people viewing them through a cage like animals and calling them
over..

So I would never change my life for theirs.

Seems to me the same thing happened in a small town in Ireland when Paul
McCartney got married there a few years ago.
