You have mine for sure! I have been through rough patches and total
demolition with some things that I didn't want to give details on,
either, so I know what that's like.
But speaking from my own experience, please don't carry heavy secrets on
your own -- find someone you trust to share it. I didn't because my
husband had sworn me to secrecy, and carrying that load by myself
almost killed me.
