Ooooo sheila, greetings fellow aussie, there heaps of free patterns online
for socks and yes it is possible to knit socks on circs many of the ladies
on this board do, I myself use dpns and only recently acquired the knowledge
(thru this newsgroup I might add) and here is the place to find expert
