SHARE ROSS
talk, workshop & booksigning for Punk Knits
Friday, May 11th at 7 pm
at The Booksmith (1644 Haight Street in San Francisco)
Rocker/knitter/author: Share Ross personifies the indie spirit driving
both the knitting and music scenes. In her new book, Punk Knits: 26
Hot New Designs for Anarchistic Souls and Independent Spirits, Ross
shares her passion and unorthodox approach to an ancient craft. Join
us for a special author talk and mini-workshop with the former bassist
of the platinum-selling recording artists Vixen.
Share Ross is an avid knitter/designer and the guitarist and singer
for the award-winning independent rockers Bubble; she formerly played
bass for the platinum-selling EMI recording artists Vixen. Ross'
knitwear designs have appeared in the magazine Knit.1 and the book
Stitch 'n Bitch Nation.
