Gooood morrrrning RrCcTtYy!
Was up at 5:45 am, coffee was already made, went for a good power-walk while the
temps
were still relatively decent, had a minor breakfast when I returned, have already
blog-surfed, and am downloading podcasts while I visit RCTY.
Recent weather-related comments here prompt me to instill my own 2cents, OUR
temps here
in middle TN have been *higher* than normal by 10 degrees F for the past week.
*NOW*, I
can relate to the Central American *siesta*, although ours would have to be 10am
till
7-8pm, LOL!
One load of laundry is in the dryer, one's in the washer, then my Sunday "work"
is FINI!
Got to go now, have a great week!
Hugs,
Noreen

Good morning Noreen, what a busy little bee you are. :-)
Today we cut the hedge that grows to the front of the house. I was
allowed to play with the electric clipper thingey but Rob said I cut too
much off the hedge as he can see brown twigs instead of green leaves! :-(
Never mind, it grows quickly.
The day started with lovely blue skies so we thought we'd get the BBQ out
for an airing but it has now clouded over and we have a chilly little wind
blowing in from the North Sea. It is still quite sunny so is nice.
Take it easy!

I did some laundry on Friday and hung it outside... it dried in no time at
all. The temperature was quite hot and we had some very strong winds
blowing around, so that helped with the laundry. ;o) I left the clothes
out for a little while longer than I had planned and just happened to glance
out the front door about 7:30 PM to see HUGE black clouds rolling in from
the west. I went out and took the laundry in... just in time... I no sooner
stepped inside the door when loud thunder rolled across the sky and the rain
came down in buckets!
Today the sky is clear blue, and it's quite hot outside. I'll have to shut
the drapes soon before the sun hits this window and heats up the inside of
the house too. Hopefully Matthew will decide to barbeque today, which will
help to keep the heat outside of the house.... not to mention it saving me
from having to cook. ;o)
*hugs*
