We don't, and I figured you really didn't know about posting pics to NGs
(who knows how long any of us has been on usenet) which was why I was
pointing you to other sites.

I see. I understand about not knowing how long anybody has been on
Usenet, but I just wanted to reassure you that I wouldn't try to post

Are you doing anything in your diet to help that ,
I have changed my diet and it improoved things , but you are right
about always taking care of being warm dressed,,,, [in winter]

My meds (levothyroxine) and supplements (glucosamine, etc.) work fine --
when I remember to take them. I have ADD, and when funny things happen,
it's like I get derailed and everything goes up in the air and it can
take a few days to a few weeks to get back on track again.

Oh, yes, please! I am in Montreal, where the weather network is
claiming
that the city has not had this much snow since the 1940s! So extra
sweaters would definitely be appreciated! <g>
