Hi all
I just knitted a little coin purse using Rowan's lovely Bamboo soft
yarn (on bamboo needles of course, bamboo is wonderful :) I attached a
metal popper for the fastening, however I don't really like it as it's
quite stiff and strains the fabric when it's opened - and it also
breaks with the whole bamboo theme.
So I was thinking about replacing it with a bamboo button (with a loop
as it is too late for buttonholes). Does anybody know an online
supplier of bamboo buttons - preferably based in the UK, I've seen a
few US-based ones but don't really want to pay overseas shipping costs
just for a couple of buttons!
Round buttons, toggle buttons, anything as long as it's all bamboo,
and quite small as the purse is only a couple of inches wide. I hope
this is the right place to ask...
