After waiting all these months and getting ready for the appeal hearing for
Disability on July 26th... not to mention that the lawyer helping me through
Legal Assistance set up an appointment to meet with her on July 20th to talk
about the appeal... I got a letter from the Appeal Board this morning saying
that the appeal hearing has been rescheduled to AUG 23rd. That's ANOTHER
whole month to wait. The only good thing about it is, if they then approve
my disability there will be another month's pay added on to the year that
they already owe me... that will make the first cheque quite large and I can
pay off a LOT of things and replace the appliances, etc.
Ah well... what can you do but wait. The government will deal with you when
THEY are ready to and not before. *shrug*
