I am knitting a hat from the crown to the rim on circular needles, and
want to
know the technique for "binding off" while on circular needles. I cannot
find any
video demonstrating this method. Does anyone know of any links to a video,
or easy
to follow verbal directions?

Bind off like you normally would, the BO is only passing one stitch over
the other. When you do the last stitch though, it can be higher than the
first stitch bound off because you actually knit a spiral. I pick up a
stitch from the center of the first bound off stitch (not the top edge)
and pass the last loop over that, then pull the tail through and pull it
to the WS to weave in. Doing the extra stitch pulls down the last bound
off stitch and it blends in very well with the rest of the edge.
