knittingtwomuch. . .
Wow, I remember THAT query being posted over 10 years ago!
There was quite a discussion about it, the lady who wanted it did locate it and
made lingerie and halloween costumes from it.
A *later* discussion, about 5 years ago went on about the lighted knitting
needles and lighted crochet hooks, which are now widely available, but five
years ago they weren't wildly popular yet.
Shortly afte ^that^ discussion, I invented glow in the dark knitting needles and
crochet hooks....

Does it have a name? I'd like to find a source in UK.

Mary,

Bernat just released a glow-in-the-dark yarn.

Bernat makes one, but the glow is limited to about 20
minutes. in my opinion the white (it comes in pastel pink,
blue, green & yellow as well) glows the best. it's a little
splitty to work with & the balls are rather small, 40g.
there is also NightLights yarn

i haven't tried the nightlights yet, but it looks like it
glows better.

The host resolved to NSA.
