If nothing else, it should increase the rentals of movie DVDs, just
so people can see "the definitive Fairisle v-neck sweater" and so on.
I wish the article had been illustrated!

Years ago, when I saw "Reds" (with a hunky Warren Beatty), all I could think
about was figuring out how all the sweaters the actors were wearing were
made.

I used to read a newsgroup or list where one lady told us that she was
a Holywood knitter for films ,,,

Ps Years and YEARS ago when they filmed Jehudith [ with SOPHIA LOREN ]
in Israel and before that when they filmed Exodus [ some children of
my age i knew got parts !!!] my mother had a little haberdashery
shop , In both cases Somebody of the Filming crew came in and Bought
items [ in Jehudith`s case those were Period buttons , and in Exodus ,
they bought Kakhi children`s pants ,,,,,,
