Been looking for a pattern that I know I have somewhere in this house,
but have been a little unorganized lately so can't find it..
anyway, the pattern is for an afghan made up of kite-shaped motifs, for
babies,
knitted from cotton ?..and thought it might have been from one of
the knitting calendars (it was printed on something that small)..
anyone have ideas what this could be?
thanks in advance

Would it be a mitered square blanket? There are several of them
available online if you do a search.

I think that if you knit a mitered square in stockinette, it comes out
kite-shaped.
