i took down my Late mother`sLace [DMC ] curtain and shaked it well [
it hangs by a street window] than soaked it in luke warm water with
hair shampoo , but it is still not clean , thus i made a nice soapy
water with HAND soap ,,,, and let it soak all night it is much cleaner
, but not IT yet ,,,,, i think i will rinse it well and now soak it in
dishwashing fluids ...
On the other hand decided to machine wash my Handwoven Cotton curtains
after years of Hand washing them , any shrinkage that could happen
probably already occured to them ....
This curtains started as a Big sampler exploring how white and black
couldbe combined in groups of 24 over 24 threads ,,,,,than i liked
it`s mobility of colors so much i cut it into 3 nad turned into the
Living room curtains.
